To Whom It May Concern,

"My name is Alfa Hilwan and I am the Program Development Manager for the Women’s Executive Network, Canada’s premiere group for female leaders from all across the nation’s sectors.  I am responsible for creating the content behind our National Breakfast Series Events and recently we launched our eighth market in Richmond Hill, Ontario on April 18, 2013.

As we prepared for the event, we needed someone to lead the discussion with three elite female leaders. (Rossana Magnotta co-founder and CEO of Magnotta Winery, Jennifer Hawkins VP of Merchant Services at American Express Canada and Rumeet Billan CEO of the Toor Centre for Education which builds teaching schools in Africa) I wanted someone who could not only ask the questions in the role of moderator, but because it was the inaugural event, I needed someone who could entertain the audience and provide some energy as well.  At the recommendation of a mutual friend, I was given Ms. Erin Keaney’s name.  At first our executives were concerned that a stage actress and a comedienne would not fit the mainly executive audience demographic.  They could not have been more wrong.

She performed her duties eloquently and brilliantly and enlivened the many attendees with her humour, candour and knowledge.  Her comedic timing was perfect and when the subject became heavy (Rossana spoke of the passing of her husband) Erin expertly switched gears like a seasoned pro and asked thoughtful and relevant follow up questions.

I am pleased to recommend Erin both as a speaker and moderator and based on audience feedback, she is one of the highest rated speakers in WXN's history, beating some tremendously notable journalists, celebrities and Canadian icons."

Sincerely,

Alfa

The 2013 Craigleith's Ladies Day was another huge success, in part due to the wildly hilarious efforts of our emcee, Erin Keaney. For a full 7 hours, Erin provided witty, comical and professional commentary and antics that had the crowd of 400+ women engaged and chuckling. From  hosting mini game shows to performing her standup routines, no 'ask' was too big for Erin. She handled her responsibilities and the crowd like a true professional.

It was an absolute delight working with Erin. And we hope to have her emcee our fundraiser again next year.

"To whom it may concern,

The Metro Mothers Network (MumNet) is a not-for-profit, registered charity that relies heavily on fundraising efforts to keep our fees affordable to the mums who enjoy our program. Our biggest annual fundraiser is our Girls Just Wanna Have Fun! event, a much-anticipated evening out for our members. For the second consecutive year, our audience has been entertained by Erin Keaney’s “Time Out” comedy show.

Erin is demonstrably humourous her extraordinary acting and singing abilities add so much to the already hilarious content that is so perfect for our audience her performance is a rare, laugh-out-loud look at the day-to-day trials of motherhood, something that is sure to hit home with every parent!

Erin has a very easygoing nature that is truly appreciated when organizing any big event. She remains flexible and generous and we’ve been so happy to work with her and the talent she brings along – I’m certain any organization would be equally pleased and laugh all night!"

Sincerely,

Effervescent Erin!

Since humour is the BEST medicine, thank you for medicating ward #32 last night at Motherloadtv presents "Time Out!". Forget about OHIP we now have you and your talented troop of crazy comics! I have not laughed that hard in years! You and you alone are soley responsible for the dehydration of half the moms in our community as we were either laughing soo hard we were crying or peeing ourselves!

Hope you are happy with yourself, I certainly am!

Thanks x infinity,
